Include the app version, Windows version, exact message shown and non-confidential reproduction steps. Do not email patient-identifiable case files.

Complete the human check, then select Reveal email address. The address is not included in this page or its scripts.

Before contacting support

Confirm the case contains a readable .dentalProject file.
Confirm the completed STL names end in -coping_cad.stl.
Close any CAD or preview software that may have locked the files.
Confirm you can write to the case folder.
Open Microsoft Store, sign in with the account that acquired the app, and check Library for updates.

Files and recovery

With Keep original files on, renamed copies are created and numbered source files move into Original Files. With it off, those source STL files are renamed in place and all other case-folder contents remain unchanged. History can restore either mode. When an archive-mode conversion is restored, an empty Original Files folder is removed. Files are never uploaded.
